New Haven, Connecticut a bustling city full of history, its streets and shops give it the vintage flair due to its remarkable past.  Home to Yale University, one of the oldest campuses in the United States and other various attractions that pull visitors of all ages and backgrounds together.  For many centuries an ancient evil has lain dormant below the ocean's crashing waves unbeknownst to the city's inhabitants.  As the city sleeps in complacency the evil is now awakening.  Madness is beginning to settle in the city like rot and only a handful take notice to it.  Strings of murders and missing persons have been causing a stir within this relatively quiet town...
